Find out about the Cinco de Mayo by doing some online research. Check at least two sources and write down the websites. Type in "site:org" or "site:edu" after the search topic to get more reliable sources.

What is Cinco de Mayo? Why is it celebrated? Who did they get independence from? What is the big deal? Anything else you can find out about it?

Also, write out the answers to the exercise 21 that we did in class, p. 324.
