HW due Wed., 5/25

Actively study for the final by making a two-side verb chart poster. I gave you big construction paper in class.

On one side, list each of the types of verb conjugations you've learned and how to do it, and then show examples.

On the other side, make up an imaginary "ar" verb and try it out with as many of the above types of conjugations.

Here are the things you know how to do:

1. present tense of -ar, -er, and -ir
2. stem-changing verbs (e -> ie   e -> i   o -> ue    u -> ue)
3. past (preterite) of -ar, -er, and -ir
includes some irregular ones like ir and ver
4. command/imperative forms
5. present progressive (estar + participle -- ando/iendo form)
6. futuro proximo  conjugated form of ir + infinitive   voy a hablar,
7. special irregular verbs you gotta know, like  ser, estar, ir, etc.

THIS IS NOT A PROJECT BUT A WAY TO THINK DIFFERENTLY ABOUT THE THINGS YOU ARE STUDYING SO THEY GET INTO YOUR BRAIN IN A BETTER WAY. DON'T WORRY ABOUT FANCY DESIGN. IT'S THE IDEAS THAT COUNT. BUT DON'T MAKE IT SO MESSY THAT YOU CAN'T USE IT FOR STUDYING.
